Who We Are
We are a nonprofit animal rescue focused on helping make the world a better, happier place for deserving Dobermans and other dogs. Our founder is Anthony Martinez (Papa Dobie) who has been in Doberman and animal rescue for several years.
We are a foster based rescue and meet and greets are arranged by appointment. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What We Do
High Desert Doberman Rescue is dedicated to rescuing homeless, displaced, abandoned and shelter Dobermans throughout New Mexico and Southwest geographic region of the United States.
We take on several special needs medical cases every year and the costs can rise quickly. One of our most recent rescues incurred a surgical bill for $7,000.00.
